Rob joined K2 in April 2018 and brought with him over 20 years’ experience in both HR and senior global mobility roles.
He has in-depth knowledge of the global mobility sector across a variety of industries. Prior to joining K2, he was a global HR leader at Baker Hughes, a GE company. Rob has completed multiple assignments throughout Asia, the Middle East, India and Europe.
Rob is extremely knowledgeable across the full breadth of the mobility sector, strategically focused and possesses an excellent reputation among industry peers.

UK Immigration Manager and HR Consultant
Sandra joined Harbour HR as a consultant in September 2008 and works primarily within the UK Immigration Team.
Sandra has specialist knowledge on the Home Office Tier 2 Points-Based Sponsorship License applications, Sponsor Management Systems, Tier 2 visa applications and Mock Audits. Since joining Harbour HR Limited, Sandra has assisted clients in attaining the Sponsorship Licence with an A rating and has conducted, where necessary, Audits to ensure that the Sponsor holder is compliant with the Home Office Preventing Illegal Working regulations. Sandra also manages all other aspects of visa applications such as Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), Visitor and Tier 5 (Temporary worker – Government Authorised Exchange).
Sandra has over 15 years human resources experience in generalist roles which included managing employee relations cases, performance management, maternity, employee reward & benefits, HR reporting, maintaining integrity of HR documentation to include creating and issuing contracts of employment and pre-employment checks in line with FCA and the client’s HR recruitment policy.
Sandra holds Assoc CIPD and is OISC registered to provide immigration services and advice.
Alpa Gandhi Morjaria
Immigration Manager – K2 Corporate Mobility
Alpa joined K2 Corporate Mobility as an immigration manager in June 2019.
Alpa has over 10 years of immigration experience, offering world-class service standards. Alpa specialises in PBS Tiers 1 & 2, family and partner related cases, applications made under the EU regulations, and visitors visas. Alpa is highly proficient in Tier 2 (General) and Tier 2 (ICT) visa applications, and also maintains expertise in indefinite leave to remain applications, citizenship applications, family applications, including dependents and spouses. Alpa plays an integral role within the team to ensure that all processes run to perfection and maintains client relationships to an excellent standard.
Alpa has previously completed an LPC at the University of Law and has a LLB in Law with particular focus on corporate immigration. This has led Alpa to becoming a specialist within corporate immigration and is therefore best placed to advise on corporate immigration matters.
Alpa Gandhi Morjaria is a Level 1 OISC accredited immigration manager.
UK Immigration Manager
Simon joined Harbour HR as a UK immigration and work visa expert in April 2004.
Simon has over 23 years experience as a relocation consultant providing specialist technical UK and International immigration advice to clients, and advising on HR issues. With an MA & PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, Simon is able to work with clients to ensure that immigration, employment and other practical issues are skilfully addressed on international assignments.
Prior to joining Harbour HR, Simon worked for Expatriate Essentials helping to set up and develop an immigration practice to complement their HR and tax advisory.
Simon is registered with the OISC as a Level 1 immigration advisor and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
Pankaj joined Harbour HR as a payroll consultant in November 2019.
Pankaj has over 18 years experience working in payroll. Having run payroll for over 200 staff, Pankaj has become an expert in the details of payroll process and regulations, with a wealth of experience working with a variety of clients and situations. At Harbour, Pankaj runs various payrolls for UK and Ireland, which include the modified payrolls, appendix 5, IAs out, three Irish payrolls and five client payrolls. He also does the year-end for all the payrolls, P60s and P11Ds.
Prior to working for Harbour HR, Pankaj had been working in the airline industry processing the staff payroll for UK and airport staff. This experience helped Pankaj develop the in-depth knowledge and high level payroll practice he now provides at Harbour HR.
Pankaj has a CIPP paper 1 payroll qualification.
